PT Orins Multidaya Indonesia through it's subsidiary, PT Martabak Pizza Orins, acknowledges that our operations may have limited direct impact on the lives and livelihoods of our employees and neighboring communities compared to larger industries.

PT Orins Multidaya Indonesia prioritizes maintaining a safe and productive working environment, but given our smaller scale, we may have fewer resources to allocate towards health and safety initiatives compared to larger corporations. We strive to maintain positive labor relations but do not typically engage with labor unions due to the nature of our business. We comply with all relevant labor laws and prioritize fair labor practices, but our employee welfare and career development programs may differ from those of larger organizations.

While we support our communities through initiatives like partnerships with local businesses and occasional donations, our impact may be smaller in scope than that of larger companies with dedicated corporate social responsibility programs. We aim to contribute positively to our communities within the confines of our resources and business model.

It was an opportunity for the children to experience the warmth of community and feel valued and appreciated.

Recognizing the hard work and dedication of food delivery drivers, the often-overlooked "pemulung" (waste collectors), and others facing challenges, Martabak Pizza Orins took the initiative to distribute complimentary takjil packages to these individuals.

The campaign went beyond simply providing food; it was about fostering a sense of community and recognizing the contributions of everyone, regardless of their profession or circumstances.
